I remember breastfeading and it does consume your time. YOu feel like you just get done and you have to do it again It really is better in the long run that they get breast milk. I think it did help my boys cause they are rarely sick and they are 8 and 12! I wasn't even able to pump so it was even more demanding for me. The first baby I got a breast infection so I only nursed for 6 weeks. It was too painful. The second baby I was able to nurse for 9 weeks. I had to return to work after 12 weeks. Nursing does get better though. How long do you plan to do it? Are you going back to work?
It sounds like he's a good baby. Get as many of those "girfriend outings" that you can. You definitly need them even if it's for a couple hrs. I can't believe he's a month old already Please keep me updated after the neurologist's visit. Take care!!
