Even when Im not really hungry, I pour a bowl of FF sourdough pretzels with some mustard and much on them. My favorite calorie booster is angel food cake. When I want to gain some weight, I eat lots and lots of angel food cake I am currently 5'5 and weigh 110 pounds. My goal weight is 120. The most I ever weighed was 130 pounds, but that was before I had IBS. My lowest weight was 90 pounds, when I was at my sickest. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
