Maybe you should also request a copy of your records, just for yourself, so you can make sure they're accurately reporting what symptoms you have. The neck thing is unsettling and makes me wonder if they were looking at the wrong file or what?
I haven't had a mammogram, so no advice there. It sounds like at least your obgyn is being helpful and understanding.
