I'm on NuvaRing now, and I'm more stable yet. It helps to have the hormones absorbed outside the gastrointestinal system. I will say that changing birth control does tend to get me somewhat less stable for a month or two, but it's not a major effect. I've just been sure to not cheat on the diet and get enough sleep and exercise during those times. --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
