It was just what I needed. All is well by the way--IBS-D confirmed. Now it's just a matter of stabilizing. Please tell me how you have done this. I am trying probiotics, complete change of diet, and exercise. My problem started about 2.5 months ago and I am steadily improving but I was just wondering how long it has taken you to stabilize. My abdominal discomfort and pain are the dominant symptoms. If you have any tips I will greatly appreciate it. Many thanks and I hope you are doing well.
