I've only tried just the one - Lexapro - but it's been a lifesaver. I never have panic attacks anymore, except when under EXTREME duress, a huge difference from how I used to be. Since anxiety was a huge IBS trigger for me, it's made a difference with that, too, but I can't guarantee that it won't cause you weight gain. I haven't noticed gain that's abnormal for me, but I *have* noticed that it's impossible to lose weight now. Still, I'd rather be fat than constantly panicking!
