Poll: What anti-anxiety meds have you found most effective?       10/24/06 06:56 PM Edit Reply Quote Stephie Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 2696 Loc: Vancouver, Canada Hi everyone, I am currently taking a low dose of amitryptiline and have found no improvement with my IBS or my anxiety/depression. I have also gained 9 lbs. I would like to go back to the doctor and ask for another anti-anxiety (need the anxiety help much more than the depression part) as I am having almost daily panic attacks.
