Thanks for responding you guys! It helps just to be able to vent and know that others have been or are in the same boat. It really helps to get tips that I can use tomorrow, and through the weekend. Most of the day I felt really shaky and so overwhelmed by the trip. Thankfully my husband had just woken up (works the night shift), so he was able to send me off to take a bath while he put our daughter down for a nap. I still feel anxious, but I'm making progress on packing (I have a 14 month old daughter to pack for as well) and I'm setting a firm bedtime for myself no matter what isn't done and will have to wait over the weekend. The last time I traveled I was short on sleep too, so my IBS was really flared up from that as well. Hopefully I'll head that off this time, but I'd better get back to packing so I am ready.
