Ouch - I used to do that too~ stress!!!! I got my dentist to make me a block to put in my teeth before bed. (they are kinda expensive, but custom fit.) After I while I stopped grinding them. My brother does the same, he just bought a hockey mouth protector as he doesn't have dental coverage.
I don't know if drugs would make you grind your teeth, but your stress level certainly could!
