Here Here!! Aqua fitness, even water walking is awesome for fibro, arthritis and general health, especially during recovery! I miss the pool!! I started going in university to lose weight, then I went as rehab after both my shoulder surgeries, and I was just going for the health of it up until March when the dr. made me stop because my ibs and feet were so bad.
