Now that you have contacted the EEOC, please document any time that you might be harassed by your employer. Date, time, place, & who.
Stephie mentioned contacting your HR department ... that's a good idea.
Let them know that you have contacted the EEOC, and will not allow any more harassment. I do not know how large of a compnay you work for, but if there is any problems it will most likely come junior management without the knowledge of those higher up. Don't be afraid to go over people's heads to get to other management, as they probably will not know what's taken place unless you tell them.
Speak up and you'll be surprised about how management further up the line will not put up with the actions of the manager that you have described. No company can afford a manager like that.
