Can't help ya out as I don't use Heather's peppermint caps, however, I can suggest Peppermint Altoids which are only $3 or so a tin container. Have you tried them? I'm just not one for taking any type of pill form things like Heather's caps. (I'm a big baby . I pretty much only take tylenol when needed!)
Try the Altoids first. See if they work. If not maybe someone will be kind enough to send you a few. Heck, email Heather. Maybe she has sample packets or something.
