I love that you can talk about these things and still express yourself with such a sense of humor. That's great!

It is really frustrating when you don't know what causes what problem... Kind of hard to know what the right thing to do is then. (And even more fun when the doctors tend to leave it to their patients to figure everything out themselves...)

I hope your doc has set aside a good chunk of time for you too. I find that often when I go to see my GP she's so stressed out that I have to make a list of everything I want to discuss and reherse it and basically start talking the minute she says hello and keep on talking with one foot sort of blocking the doorway to her office while she is trying to say goodbye and sort of getting me out of there.
