Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

hey evry one dont post often, but having a really bad time right now and need some one to ramble to. I've been trying to take care of my sick mum my emotionally distraught sister and taking care of my two younger siblings who i love to death but i'm soo drained cause i've had major relationship worries with my sort of boyfriend too. Ontop of all that i've been constipated and can't spend one day outside in the lovley sunny weather because i keep having to go to bathroom and then wait until it comes out(sorry for being gross) and then go and try to be normal and get on with the day and surprise surprise i have to go again and strain until it all is out and do the whole thing over again. I have no idea how i'm going to get through this, but some how i do because time just keeps rolling on and i roll with it like every one else. Its just sooo annoying because i want to just run away from it all. I'm trying to follow heathers diet now, but i dont have much money at all i cant get a job because of my panick attacks and ibs and i have to take care of every one! I'm probably making it seem worse than it is, im greatfull for all the good stuff i do have, but its so frustrating, i just want to be like i was before i got ibs, but i know that will never happen! Im scared i'll never be happy and it sucks! Thanks for listening hugs to every onexxxx
