CAN So, I know I have said this so many freaken times but I love the hypno cds.. They have done so much but my question is, what is considered a *normal* BM?? Since starting the cds I don't have D anymore.. I still get some mild cramping, minor pain (nothing I can't handle) but then it ends up being a formed bm with zero pain afterwards.. I have one BM with almost normal timing.. I haven't been quite this regular in I don't know how long, but is the pain normal? Again, it's not that bad.. I'm just wondering..
