Newbie!       07/14/06 10:30 AM Edit Reply Quote melly Reged: 07/14/06 Posts: 1 I was diagnosed with ibs 4 yrs ago. Since then I have tried to manage it on my own. I take zelnorm once in a while when my symptoms flare up. But, the zelnorm causes my stomach to be a bit upset when I take it. I also suffer from acute acid reflux and panic disorders. It seems like when my ibs flares up it triggers everything else to flare too. I'm glad there is a site for us ibs suffers to go and have a place to chat with other people who suffer from the same thing. It's a big comfort. Hooray for Heather!
