Just got back from the physical therapist, he is happy with the progress on my hamstrings, said to keep workin on the feet and also showed me some calf stretches, he said even if your calf's do FEEL tight... then still can effect your feet because somewhere along the line they connect. I will see him again Fri 7th @ 7:30am.
Have not fallen asleep while driving or at my desk since Monday!!!!! Guess I just NEEDED more sleep.... Since it has been so hot... not sure if the sweating at night is due to the heat or not... so I guess we will see...
