I absolutley HATE it when someone calls me (calls ME, I didn't even call them) and then immediately say "Can you hang on, I've got another call?" I hate that!! I hate call waiting, in general, actually - we don't have it on our phone, instead we have voice mail so that if people get a busy line they can leave a message.

I have plenty more, but that one sticks out in my mind right now!
