Hey Everyone..
I'm almost done with my internship (this time next week i'll be free and I'm wondering what to get my practitioner in thanks.
Basically i've been with her over the last two years, and she's been really great. I love all my kids, and I love everyone in the school, so I'm relatively sad to leave. I want to do something to show my appreciation. However, I am on a budget, and would like to keep my gift to 30-40 dollars if possible.
One thing that I was considering was getting her a bunch of board games for the office (and a stop watch, because we do psychological assessments that require stop watches and she doesn't have one). Basically, during our therapy sessions we play both therapuetic games as well as fun games such as monopoly, candy land etc). Her games are all about 20 yrs old, and the kids often complain about the selection. I was thinking about getting her a bunch of new games for the office (bc most are under 10 bucks) and giving her that as a present.
However, I dunno if she'd prefer something for herself. I was thinking games just bc she has no kids and is single, and isn't likely to go out and replace them herself. However, I know she also likes other things such as pedicures, coach, shopping, going out to eat etc.. so I'm torn as to whether I should get something for her, or something for her office.
Any input or ideas?
