try feminax...it contains paracetamal but is designed for periods. I live off it when I`m on my period. that and hot water bottles and lots of knickers - gosh I`m so minging but I get them really badly - I started mine about the same age as you. Bonfire night, and I was too embaressed to tell my mum so i wrote her a note saying "mum that things happened, you know that only women get" hehe what am I like!!!
