Yuck. I absolutely hate the thought of eating anything like this, but I have to admit - my diet is already so restricted I just daren't think about how little I'd be able to eat if I ruled out everything with gelatin in it too. At the moment jelly sweets and soya mousse's are keeping me going, providing that bit of variety, and I'm 99% sure gelatin will be in them both. I just don't want to check now!!
I know it's pathetic, but with the IBS diet, my food intolerances and trying to lose weight I just don't want to add any more restricted foods to the already long list!!
Hopefully if the hyno works it'll free up some restricted foods, and enable me to rule out gross stuff like this without causing a problem....
