Aww, sweetie. You're just putting more pressure on yourself. I've read through your posts and I think you've already made your decision. You just need to take ownership of it and do it. What I always ask myself when faced with a big decision is "How will this affect me in 10 years?" So, if you think graduating now may risk your ability at getting better jobs, then you know your answer. If you feel that staying another year and feeling fulfilled and ready for a great job that you'll love for a lifetime, then there you go. At least that's the feeling I'm getting from you. Am I right?
There's absolutely nothing wrong with deferring. You are not giving up or comprimising anything. Quite the opposite - you are willing to wait for what you really want and deserve.
On the other hand, (being devil's advocate), my degrees are hanging on my wall. Not once was I ever asked what my marks were. It's that silly piece of paper that counts. In 10 years, it won't matter whether I got a 60 or a 90. Is that the case for you, or is getting a better portfolio more important in your degree?
Just some things to think about. Hugs, sweetie.
