Ultrasound Update!       04/28/06 02:39 PM Edit Reply Quote epa_ginger Reged: 02/23/05 Posts: 1158 Loc: Chicago, IL Hi everyone! Just wanted to say that my ultrasound went REALLY well yesterday. I had no idea how in depth it would be. The techician measured all kinds of stuff in the brain, vessels, bones, etc. She said everything looked good. I was also not prepared for the "internal" ultrasound. She pulled out this wand and put a condom on it and I said "Where is that going???" and she laughed. Then...I had to insert it myself, with my husband standing right next to me. Luckily it was only a few pictures, not bad. Just enough to let me know was cervix was indeed closed and my placenta was in the right place. Just seeing the baby was amazing, and it was moving constantly, the whole time, and the technician could even feel it.
