It is amazing how life can change so suddenly isn't it? I was 20 when I went and studied abroad in Italy (so about 2 years ago this summer). And that was the year that my IBS hit and I remember agonizing over the decision of whether or not I could handle going or not because I had been so sick for so long. It is sad that at that age you have to be in that position. It couldn't have been a better experience though and I was so glad I'd been brave enough to tempt it.
Your job sounds amazing. I didn't realize from your last post that you lived in England. There are many amazing places on this continent too and I've still got quite a list of places to see here.
Well I hope that soon enough you get back to the point where you can travel and get out more. I have realized that sometimes making yourself leave gets your mind off it and you actually feel better.
