I switched to "Core" and have to use my WPA to get my SF foods into each meal. The flex points were making me so compulsive with daily tracking I became a nervous wreck. I've lost 3lbs the first week of Core. I've done Heather's diet for almost a year so knowing what I can't tolerate helps.
