Re: IBS- Pain-Sodium level extremely low       04/06/06 11:21 AM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 I was recently told by my doc. that I have low sodium/chloride levels & my doc said to drink more. I don't understand that, as I drink 100 oz./day. She said maybe I'm drinking too much, & to try to cut back then. Maybe we're flushing our systems too well? How much do you drink?
