This all sounds like positive news and I am happy for you. You seem to be in a much better place emotionally and that is a positive. Sounds like you are very lucky to have found your new dr. and that she has some great ideas and ways to help you have a baby without all the fertility drugs and stress. It also seems that you are on the right road to getting your RA under control and to be able to live pain free.
