Hi Leah, glad to hear that you also found out what is going on.I eat every 3 hours as well to keep my blood sugar level. I just have a snack of some kind. This morn.I had cereal,& orange juice for breakfast(7:30 am), 10:15- strawberries with yogurt, lunch 11:50 am (have to work at noon)sandwich(tuna,lettuce/tomato), then a snack at 2-2:30 pm banana/crackers with peanut butter , supper 5:00 pm chicken/rice/steamed cauliflower,carrots,yellow /green beans and then tea. for a snack if hungry about 8:30 pm would be dry cereal such as corn pops or honeycomb. Most days i try to eat as many fruit and veggies as I can tolerate when I feel good and on off days it is usually peanut butter and jam sandwiches or chicken noodle soup for the day. It may sound like a lot of food but if you space it out in a day it really isn't . So good luck and eat!! take care Sue
