I lost about 20 lbs a year ago and would like to lose another 15...so as I searched this website for tips and all, I came across your story. I saw that eating for IBS CAN help with weight loss and exercise and everything. It really motivated me. I started my diet a couple of weeks ago and feel great. I just wanted you to know that your story really inspires people. Good luck with everything and I hope this makes you feel a bit better! You look fantastic in your 'after' pic!
