Some folks use a tape measure and wrap it around their bodies. Other folks step up on a scale and get a number. Not me! I jump in my kayak and check my buoyancy. Well, sure! Here, for example, is a picture taken several months ago, Before Weight Watchers. Note where the water comes up on the side, hiding the name of the boat: And now here I am today. The name is above water! I've LOST WEIGHT! WAH-HOOOO!
