Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Hi guys,

I haven't posted much lately, and things have been kinda crazy. I won't go into too much boring detail, but basically.. My mom has decided they wanna move super soon, so we have been scrambling to find a place to live, we are caught up in a "rent or buy?" situation, which is pretty confusing, a job which was supposed to be a "sure thing" for Adrian seems like it isn't going to work out which means serious financial problems, especially with the move.. Right so, lotsa stuff.
I don't know if it is because of the stress of it all (I suspect this) but my stomach has been acting so bizarre! I am constipated and have D in the same day - sometimes in the same BM!

I have been getting bloated every night so big that I feel like my stomach will explode and I can't eat, have the WORST gas I have ever had (very smelly, it's awful!

), I am really nauseous a lot of the time, lotsa reflux... I don't even know how to deal with it at this point. I have taken one sick day when the pain was so bad, but I have been getting through but it's really hard!
Here is the other thing I wanted to get feedback on... I have been having this feeling like I always have to go to the bathroom, which isn't new.. but I USED to feel that in my lower stomach... NOW I feel like it is... lower?

Like I always feel like there is something RIGHT THERE, waiting to come out.. like heavy.. or pressure.. or something but a lot of the time, nothing will.. or just gas...
Does anyone else get this?

Anyway, just wanted some input as it kinda has my head spinning.. I am not taking anything except for Zantac for the reflux, but other than sticking to a super safe diet, I dunno what to be doing! I am going to order some fennel tea 'cause I can't find any good stuff here, but other than that... any ideas?
