I was a library page. I was the one who had to put the books in alphabetical and/or numerical order to put away on the shelves. I was really good at alphabetizing and I knew the months of the year backwards for the magazings. Impressive huh?

I also had the fun job of shelf reading. Making sure everything was in order. Then when I worked in the children's dept. I would sometimes have to go shelf to shelf cleaning the book covers. It is really gross when the books were sticky.
