I eat Rainbo BIG bread....it has to be the BIG loaf cause the thin has HFCS. The BIG has regular corn syrup and I think it has a little dairy but it doesn't bother me at all. I have looked high & low for bread that doesn't contain HFCS and it's a frustrating job. I have found one at HEB that's from their bakery that I can eat, too. Even the bakery ones at Walmart have HFCS.
If the low sugar oatmeal isn't bothering you then continue to eat it. It's good for you.
My motto is to always read the labels. I guess you can imagine how much time I spend in the store. HA!
Oh, another idea I had. A lot of the Healthy Choice chunky soups are very good and I especially like the chicken & noodle one. It has chunks of veggies that I can tolerate and is very filling along with a roll.
