I read in one of your posts where you are eating light bread (I can't tolerate wheat either) and low sugar oatmeal.
Just wanted you to know that lots of low sugar and sugar free stuff has sorbitol, mannitol, malitol or Splenda in them. My hubby's low sugar oatmeal has Splenda in it. I am very sensitive to those things but you may not be.
You mentioned peanut butter....I love PB on a toasted waffle, the PB melts and it's great! YUM!
