I'm not on the WW diet cause, fortunately, I don't need to lose any weight at this time, but I do understand what you mean.
I would love to eat fruits and veggies but so far I've only gotten as far as putting some all fruit strawberry on my toast, had a few cooked carrots in my Lean Cuisine and a small amount of banana in my oatmeal. Any more and my tummy doesn't like it.
I would love to bite into a juicy red apple or eat a plate of strawberries but, can't do it.
Like you, I have found that fat doesn't bother me in small amounts. I can eat fried chicken tenders and feel fine but give me healthy food and it don't work!!!!! Although, today I had grilled chicken and spanish rice and it tasted great and was fairly healthy so I guess it's not all bad.
I guess we just need to take baby steps to see if we can get through this fear of fruits & veggies. I've thought about getting the baby food veggies because I've read where some people were having success. What do you think of trying that?
Good luck with your diet. I'm sure you will find a way to make it work...I'm gonna try to eat healthier, too. We can try it together!
