Thank you for the encouragement. I need all I can get. I want more than anything to lose some weight, but every time I try, I am in pain.
I can't believe you gave up bread, pasta and sugar!!!! It's scary that your body had that kind of reaction when you cut these things out. I wish my body would do that when I eat fast food!
I know that I am just going to slowly weed my way through this journey. Please pray that God will give me the strength to do this. The extra weight is making my foot and back problems much worse. I have to get it off!
I just don't feel like I'm strong enough to do this. Every day that I "do good" (by watching what I eat), I am in pain. What kind of person sticks with a meal plan that does that to them, especially when they know how easily that could eliminate that pain?
