Alright, a week into Weight Watchers I'm feeling better about my diet---except that my "stomach problems" I suffered with for about 18 months are back! I am eating healthy foods, but I'm convinced it is the lower fat content that has caused my system to feel sooooooo sluggish.
I read online that one Weight Watchers leader said she takes 1,000 mg. flax oil capsules a day to compensate for the lower fat in her diet.
I'm thinking about going to the health food store tomorrow to talk to them about this. If I remember correctly, I tried the capsules several years ago (not for this problem), and they gave me D!!!!
Anyone take them? Do they cause D? Just the first several days of taking them or all of the time?
Any thoughts on the capsules would be greatly appreciated.
I'm tired of going to bed with a stomachache---and waking up with one. I will not give up on the Weight Watchers. I know it works. I have to lose this extra weight.
