It'll be okay. I use to feel so overwhelmed and hurried. And the more I worried about it, the worse my IBS symptoms. When I finally tried hypnosis, I found that not only did it help my IBS, it also helped every other area of my life. I learned how to relax and felt like the world started moving at my speed instead of me trying to keep up with the world. And I taught myself that I can only do what I can and after that it's not worth worrying about. Whatever happens, it's not worth upsetting my gut over. It takes time and, for me, telling the world that it's okay if I don't make a deadline, or if things aren't going the way I want, or even if the need to go to the bathroom is too urgent to make it on time. I say to myself "So what, whatever it is, I can deal with it." Breathe deep and take each day one at a time. Try to make today good and worry about tomorrow when it comes.
