I took my asthma inhaler because I was having na attack, and now my hands are shaking pretty badly. I'm nervous about the ride up to Pennsylvania on Monday and my doctor's visit on Tuesday. Do other people get as updet and nervous over seeing a new doctor?? I feel like I'm going to get a tooth drilled or something and my stomach is in knots. please pray for a good doctor for me. I'm beside myself with nervous anxiety. The asthma meds are not helping me keep it together either.
I'm so scared I won't be believed, and won't be offered any substantitive help while they wait for my test results. I'm in so much pain all the time in my upper and lower back and I don't want them to gloss over my pain issues and just give me vitamines and stuff that doesn't do anything/makes me worse. I'm usually a lot stronger then this; it's just that this is one of my sore spots, doctors who ignore me.
If anyone has anything to help take my mind off of things let me know!
