Just wanted to share that it is has been one year since I have found this website and all the wonderful people on it. I don't post alot but I read new posts every day. Being more of a reader than a poster each one of you has helped me in some way. You may not realize who or how many people you may be helping by asking a question answering or venting your problems. The advice that is given applies to so many more people than just the individual who posted.
I am not 100% stable, but at least I know where I need to shape up and what I can do to try and help myself further, versus feeling hopeless and depressed at this time last year. Thank you to all, I am off for the weekend to go visit family and go shopping in the US. Gte this, I am not too worried about the drive, maybe a little but I know I can do it.
