So proud of myself!       01/16/06 10:06 AM Edit Reply Quote karyash Reged: 04/11/05 Posts: 94 Loc: Fargo, ND I actually attended a concert this weekend (George Strait) without getting anxious and without getting D!!! I usually panic when there's big crowds, long bathroom lines, etc, but I did great! We even went out to eat right before the concert (usually a big no-no). My tummy felt good the whole time. I am on day 16 of my hypno tapes, so I'm not sure if it's already working or if I just got lucky. I just had to share my happiness!! Kristi Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
