Sorry to hear about all this ... but at least you know what's wrong, huh? After what I've been through, I think it's much better to KNOW, even if what you know ends up being worse than what you suspected.
Don't worry too much about the lupus test yet, especially since you don't have any symptoms -- I've also heard about frequent false positives. I know, I know, easier said to done.
Hope your weekend with your husband is fantastic, you definitely deserve it!!
