I hope this weekend is relaxing for you. I'm not sure what kind of lupus you got tested for, but my mom has it and basically displays no symptoms. She gets treated for it and is fine. As for the clotting, while it's not the greatest news, it's probably good to find out WHY you're having problems, especially if it's treatable. I have lots of hope for you, I think you'll be ok!
