Although Zantac also inhibits acid production like the PPIs (eg. Nexium) it's actually a different family of meds. So maybe he's thinking the risk of lower GI side effects is less??? Sounds like he's on the ball with that tho. At least you don't have very long to wait for the results to see if you need B12. Are you taking any supplements? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
