Hi, I just posted in another section of the boards. Trying to find my way around here . Been suffereing with many sotmach ailments since childhood, mainly stomach ulcers & such. Was only recently diagnosed with IBS the last few years. It has become very frustrating. I watch everything I eat & eat very healthy too. Hope to meet you all & share ideas & experiences with this & to find some relief from. Michele
