I said this before, but I'll repeat myself. I think you guys should go for a trial separation -- just temporarily, mind you -- but just to see if you are meant to be together.
You can understand how Adrian feels. You felt the same way in England. After Adrian returns to England, he might just end up having the same after-thoughts you're experiencing right now. The only way he's gonna know is if he returns. I'd let him go -- temporarily -- and just see how things go for him.
Meanwhile, I'd push for that "Uni" thing. If you work really hard and concentrate on paying off your debts, you can focus on making some money to visit Adrian on occasion. I think it's a good thing. Things have a way of working out the way they're intended to be. It may not be what we want, but we just gotta "go with the flow." If you were meant to end up with Adrian, it'll happen; whether it's in England or Canada, who knows? But for now, I'd encourage him to return and then sit back and see how he does -- as well as how YOU do.
