Hubby wanted a new gun (he's a collector), so he splurged and bought a beaut ($1,300 worth!). THAT's his Christmas gift. AND birthday as well! Oy.
Okay, so I'll buy him a nice holster for it and wrap up the holster and stick it under the tree.
Men are damn hard to buy for. Hubby hates clothes and is too hard to fit for shoes. However, I've noticed he really is fascinated by the cell phones at Best Buy and Circuit City. But because of the gun, he ain't gettin' no cell phone.
What about an ipod? Men love toys. Buy him a toy. Does he fish? Golf? Do you have a good sporting goods store near you? How about a gift certificate? Hubby and I kayak, so for my birthday he surprised me with a new pair of kayaking gloves to keep my fingers from freezing around the paddle. I LOVE 'em! Do you goes paddle? How about a new spray skirt or a PFD!?
What is hubby getting me for Christmas, you ask? Well, believe it or not, it's a brand new charcoal BBQ. He didn't want it, but I DID, and it's MY present, so that's what he got me, kicking and fighting all the way to the store.
