Okay, I don't know what anyone else has said in reply, 'cause I didn't read any of them, but as an old lady who's been there and back, let me just say that you should serve what you would serve yourself. If your MIL is a good person, she will want to share your lifestyle. She can get her kind of food anywhere; this is a chance to see how YOU and her son live.
Ruchie, just do your own thing and let her see that side of you that we all have come to know and love. Don't do something that's not you. Why cook TWO meals? Cook one, just ONE, that you all can share, "break bread" together. If I were your MIL, that's what I would enjoy the most.
She can get pizza at the corner pizza parlor.
