For two I would consider cornish hens . I am hoping to interest my daughter into helping me bake pies and such...she did not get the happy homemaker gene from me (since my kids are adopted genetics well...don't factor in ). I am kind of looking forward to it being just us four... Should you make reservations, I would recommend choosing a restaurant with a nice...warm atmosphere...splurge on high end. My husband, daughter and I went to Luby's...(a cafeteria) one year because it made no sense to do all that cooking. It was sooooo depressing.
