I didn't mean to scare you, Shelby. I miss seeing your name up there. I see you as Shelby now, not Webb.  I would have used Beth as my user name, but someone already had it.
I think what Ruchie said in her post is true...you can't live your life in fear. It's a personal decision that each of us has to make for ourselves though. I still haven't had the nerve to post an actual picture...partly because I don't have access to a digital camera, partly because I'm shy, partly because I know being with IBS who are not nice and would share my deep dark secrets/fears/ etc with other people we know. I know I shouldn't care, but I do.
I don't know...you just need to do what you feel comfortable with I guess. I would miss seeing your face though! Just like I miss seeing Ruchie and Maria! But a face cannot reflect what's inside the person which is truly how we grow closer and develop bonds with one another. Words are stronger indications of what a person is really like inside more than a picture that only reflects the outer appearance we were born with.
